At EMP, custom LED pixel balls are something we manufacture regularly, and we thought it would be interesting to share a behind-the-scenes look at how they’re produced in-house.
From our PCB production line, every stage of the process is carried out at our facility. The video follows the complete journey of the pixel ball.
By keeping the entire manufacturing process in-house, we’re able to maintain tight quality control while rapidly developing custom designs for a wide range of projects and applications.
