We offer a comprehensive servicing and repair service for EMP Designs products in the event of damage during use. Over the years, we’ve seen it all — including products returned to us that have been cut with an angle grinder — so we’re well prepared to deal with almost anything that can happen on set or in storage.

 

All repairs are charged at a fixed rate based on product type. This covers a full end-to-end process including inspection, testing, dismantling, fault-finding, repair, rebuilding, and final testing to ensure the product is safe and fully operational. Any replacement spare parts required are charged separately.
