S6 LED Driver

We are proud to launch the S6, our most advanced high-current LED strip controller to date—developed specifically for the demanding requirements of film, television and professional lighting environments.

The S6 was created in response to growing demand for higher power output, greater reliability and improved on-set performance.

High Current Performance

The S6 delivers an impressive 10 amps per channel across 6 channels, making it ideal for driving larger and more powerful LED strip installations. To support this increased output, the unit features high-current rated output connectors, carefully selected to ensure dependable performance under load.

Intelligent Safety Technology

While increasing current capacity is straightforward, ensuring safe operation with a wide variety of LED strips is far more complex. Poor wiring, unexpected resistance paths, or strip faults can create overheating risks that conventional controllers may not detect.

To solve this, we have developed new patent-pending protection technology that actively analyses each channel individually, monitoring for abnormal resistive conditions as well as traditional overcurrent and short-circuit faults.

Designed for Multi-Controller Systems

A common issue when running multiple DC LED controllers from one power source is frequency “beating” between controllers. This can cause supply instability and visible low-frequency flicker—completely unacceptable for camera use.

The S6 solves this with an integrated Master / Slave Synchronisation System. One controller can be assigned as the master, sending timing pulses to multiple slave units so that all controllers operate in perfect sync. The result is stable operation and flicker-free performance across larger installations.

Flexible Control Options

The S6 includes both wireless control and hardwired DMX input/output, allowing seamless integration into existing lighting systems.

Users can also choose between multiple dimming response curves, including:

• Linear Mode – smooth, predictable output

• Logarithmic Mode – finer low-end control and improved dimming feel

User-Friendly Interface

Configuration is quick and intuitive thanks to the built-in LCD display and keypad menu system, giving users direct access to settings, modes and diagnostics without external tools.

Built for Professional Use

To handle sustained high-current operation, the S6 is housed in a custom aluminium extrusion enclosure designed to efficiently dissipate heat and maximise long-term reliability. Even the wireless antenna has been integrated internally to keep the unit compact and rugged, with no protruding parts.
