PX1-RB

Boxed pixel controller with memory and trigger inputs.

PX1-RB

The PX1-RB – boxed pixel recorder – is a compact and powerful tool for managing LED pixel patterns, offering both streaming and standalone playback capabilities. Its ability to record and replay patterns makes it ideal for scenarios where remote and reliable control of light effects is crucial. Whether for theatrical props, creative lighting setups, or other applications, this device provides flexibility and ease of use, all within a small box.

Features

Streaming Capability

  • Streams pixel patterns via Lumen Radio, transmitting a universe of data to the recorder.

  • Supports control of up to 170 RGB pixels or 128 RGBW pixels.

Recording and Playback

  • Internal memory stores two different recordings.

  • Patterns can be recorded via Lumen Radio and assigned to memory locations.

  • Playback can be triggered without a live radio connection – perfect for saving transmission bandwidth.

Remote Control

  • External triggers allow for real-time control of stored patterns.

  • Ideal for on-set use such as prop weapons or lighting cues.

  • Example: trigger one pattern for a charging sequence, another for firing (e.g. growing red light → flash).

Power Supply

  • Operates on a 5V power supply.
