We developed a fully autonomous robotic chess system capable of moving large chess pieces accurately around a board while keeping all technology completely hidden beneath the surface. Combining robotics, motion control, wireless communication, custom sensors, and real-time software, the project delivered precise autonomous movement for an interactive entertainment installation.

We developed a custom automated motion-control system for a large-scale studio tour installation, combining cinematic movement, real-time automation, integrated safety systems, and video synchronisation. Using Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 and custom motion profiling, the system delivered smooth, natural “floating” movement while operating safely around performers and crew.
