Candles bring character and visual depth to a scene, but naked flames introduce fire and burn risks, air quality concerns and unpredictable changes in lighting between takes. CandelairRGBW delivers the look of candlelight without a naked flame, with repeatable lighting control to help maintain continuity.

Your choice of candle

Designed as a short insert, Candelair RGBW gives you greater freedom to choose the candle sizes and styles that suit your production. Prepare a suitable candle with a 20 mm diameter hole bored to the required depth, then fit the insert inside. The candle must be large enough to accommodate the insert.

From period candlesticks and elaborate candelabras to contemporary table displays, you can create a consistent lighting effect across a varied collection of candles.

Warm candlelight and full RGB colour

A custom LED produces a warm 1800 K glow for a convincing candlelight colour, while high CRI light supports natural colour rendering on set.

Built-in RGB adds another creative dimension. Choose colours to complement a scene, build stylised displays, or map individual candles as pixels for coordinated effects across a larger installation.

Repeatable control across takes

Wireless DMX control with CRMX allows precise adjustment and fully mappable effects. Reproduce the same candlelight behaviour across takes, coordinate groups of candles and build lighting cues for live performances.

Rechargeable and easy to position

An internal rechargeable battery provides over 12 hours of runtime, with USB-C charging between uses.

Wireless operation keeps setup simple, giving you the flexibility to position candles on furniture, in holders or within set pieces without running power or control cables.
